Do I need a booth at travel trade shows? 

While booking a stand at WTM London, ITB Berlin or other major events seems a vital investment for global visibility, it is no longer a guarantee of success. In an era of surging visitor numbers and shifting digital habits, a "booth-first" strategy is increasingly vulnerable -especially as recent global events have shown that travel disruptions can unexpectedly impact physical attendance. With trade show booth costs for even a small stand often exceeding 5,000€, relying solely on three days of foot traffic is risky. To protect your investment and maximize ROI during tourism trade shows, a strategic approach that integrates multiple channels is essential.

What's the difference between you and a traditional PR or marketing agency?

Unlike traditional PR and marketing agencies that often demand high monthly retainers and long-term contracts (as an exhibitor I've worked with a few of them), my trade show consulting focuses on high-impact, flexible engagements designed to maximize ROI. Also, standard agencies prioritize general media relations and brand awareness, but frequently lack the specialized expertise in travel distribution, business development or trade marketing necessary to convert exhibit presence into sales. I bridge this gap by integrating strategic marketing with outreach and lead conversion tactics, ensuring your trade show investment delivers tangible business growth rather than just surface-level visibility.
