Building on 15+ years of learnings from market leaders like Qatar Airways and Booking.com, hands-on experience driving up to 7-figure commercial initiatives and continuous research, I provide organizations with the essential guidance, insights and connections they need to start unlocking growth: From building a direct channel strategy, to developing impactful cooperations, to refreshing their proposition.
