AI TRANSPARENCY POLICY
AI is transforming the way businesses and large organizations interact with their customers: From AI chatbots and AI-generated marketing content, to automated emails to clients and prospects, 17% of companies are piloting or experimenting with AI in their sales and marketing, a recent study by McKinsey says.
While the automation of repetitive tasks helps me and my advisory business stay competitive on a global level, my top priority remains creating meaningful, human-centered connections with my readers, prospects and customers.
That's why I chose to develop and introduce a series of measures ensuring that my interlocutors are always informed on the way I use generative AI to create content. These include an AI transparency policy that classifies all the content I produce -from LinkedIn posts to emails- into three categories:
-
Not AI-generated: At least 80% of the content was created by a human, the rest was either created or optimized using AI
-
Optimized with AI: At least 50% of the content was created by a human, the rest was either created or improved using AI (Emails translated into different languages often fall into this category).
-
AI-generated: ~100% of the content was AI-generated (Example: A fully automated email reply)
This policy will be gradually rolled out across all my social media and communication channels.
