AI TRANSPARENCY POLICY
AI is transforming the way businesses and large organizations interact with their customers: From AI chatbots to AI-generated marketing content, to automated emails to clients and prospects, 17% of companies are piloting or experimenting with AI in their sales and marketing, a recent study by McKinsey says.*
But while AI is a powerful tool to accelerate time-consuming processes, an improper use can expose small and large companies to risks like breaking their customers' trust, some studies revealed.
As an independent consultant and value-driven marketer, my top priorities remain transparency, trust and genuine insights: While AI helps me and my clients stay competitive on an international level compared to larger organizations and agencies, I prioritize genuine, authentic content over 'AI-slop'.
That's why I've developed an AI transparency policy which I use across all interactions with my partners and customers:
-
Not AI-generated: A maximum of 20% of content was either created or improved using AI, while the rest was manually written
-
Partly AI-generated: 20-60% of content was either created or improved using AI (for example, an email translated into a different language.)
-
Entirely AI-generated: 60-100% of content was AI-generated (Automated replies may fall into this category)
